House Rules

  1. Smoking is not permitted in rooms. A $200 fee will apply if guests smoke in rooms.
  2. There is a designated smoking area for smokers at the rear of the property in the back garden.
  3. Rooms must be kept clean and tidy. A $200 cleaning fee will apply if warranted.
  4. Turn off air conditioner and lights before leaving the room.
  5. Do not place wet towels on carpet or furniture.
  6. Keep noise to a minimum. Quiet time is from 9pm.
  7. Respect the privacy of other guests.
  8. Visitors must leave by 8pm.
  9. Rubbish must be placed in appropriate bins.
  10. For workers boots off at the door. (Boots are allowed inside please ensure mud, tar, concrete etc has been removed from your boots).
  11. Speed Limit entering and exiting property is 10km per hour.
  12. Strictly no pets.
  13. Strictly no drugs.
  14.  If guest locks themselves out after 8pm a $120.00 call out fee will apply.
